Not Everyone Needs to Like Me, Some May Not Accept Me as Chief Minister: Revanth Reddy
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made noteworthy remarks during an informal interaction with the media in Delhi today. He stated that he does not expect to be liked by everyone, acknowledging that while some people may support him, others may not. He further remarked that some individuals might not even accept him as the Chief Minister. However, he asserted that he would not create a situation where anyone could point fingers at him.

Revanth Reddy emphasized that if the promises made during the Telangana Assembly and Parliament elections were not fulfilled, the public would hold him accountable. He reiterated his commitment to implementing every guarantee given to the people. Expressing his disappointment, he claimed that some individuals were personally targeting him. However, he maintained that they would not be able to do anything beyond criticism. The Chief Minister stated that he could not move forward if he focused on such criticisms.

Addressing the issue of MLAs switching parties, Revanth Reddy questioned the opposition about past instances, asking which party Sabitha Indra Reddy and Talasani Srinivas Yadav had originally won from and which party they later joined. He also demanded that BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao clarify under whose administration these leaders became ministers. He further clarified that cabinet expansion was not solely his decision.
