‘Happy Sunday’ to Be Launched Soon in Andhra Pradesh: Chandrababu
Chandrababu Naidu pointed out that an increased number of grievances in a particular department indicates inefficiency in its functioning. He highlighted that a significant number of complaints were being received in the Revenue Department, attributing this to mistakes made by the previous government. He emphasized the need to enhance public satisfaction through all possible means and ensure governance that aligns with people's expectations.
The Chief Minister also underscored the importance of training through ‘Mission Karmayogi’ to improve the efficiency of government employees. He called for process re-engineering in WhatsApp Governance, ensuring all services are made accessible to citizens. As per the Swarnandhra Vision, he instructed each department to operate with clear targets. He further directed IAS officers to conduct field visits and announced that guidelines for this initiative would be released soon.
Chandrababu Naidu also set a target to secure maximum central funds by March and announced the launch of the ‘P4’ initiative on Ugadi. Additionally, he revealed plans to introduce the ‘Happy Sunday’ program, aimed at strengthening interpersonal relationships. He instructed officials to formulate guidelines for this initiative, emphasizing that true happiness comes from meaningful contributions to society. He noted that dedicated efforts have already yielded positive results in several sectors.
