Expressing his excitement, Ram Mohan Naidu described flying the aircraft at the Aero India 2025 air show as an unforgettable experience. He stated that he had the rare opportunity to fly the HJT-36 ‘Yashas’, an advanced jet trainer developed by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
The minister hailed the aircraft as a testament to India's growing strength in aviation and defense sectors. He emphasized that this indigenous marvel symbolizes the nation’s advancing capabilities.
