Woman Bequeaths ₹72 Crore Property to Sanjay Dutt Before Passing Away

A woman's deep admiration for Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt took an extraordinary turn when she legally transferred assets worth ₹72 crore to him before her passing. The incident has left the actor shocked and emotional.

According to reports, Nisha Patil, a 62-year-old woman from Mumbai, was a devoted fan of Sanjay Dutt. She had been an ardent admirer of the actor for years, watching his films multiple times and following his career closely. Aware that her final days were approaching, Nisha Patil drafted a will in 2018, ensuring that all her assets, including her bank accounts and property, would be inherited by Sanjay Dutt.

Following her recent demise, legal documents related to her will were sent to Sanjay Dutt’s residence, leaving him deeply moved. The actor was reportedly taken aback that a stranger had transferred such a vast fortune to him.

However, Sanjay Dutt has declined to accept the inheritance. Instead, he has instructed his legal team to ensure that the property is returned to Nisha Patil’s family. Expressing his sorrow, Dutt stated that he regretted not having had the opportunity to meet such a devoted fan. He also mentioned that meeting her family members might bring him some solace.
