Hyderabad to Get Major Road Expansions and Flyovers, Says Revanth Reddy

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to conduct a comprehensive study on the proposed flyovers in Hyderabad. During a review meeting with municipal administration and Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials, he discussed various infrastructure development projects in the city and issued several directives.

Regarding the construction of a bridge over Mir Alam Tank, Revanth Reddy instructed officials to prepare a detailed project report (DPR) within 90 days and complete the construction within 30 months. Officials had presented three proposals for the bridge, which is expected to span approximately 2.5 kilometers. The Chief Minister suggested modifications to these plans and asked officials to refine them accordingly.

Revanth Reddy directed officials to incorporate the proposed changes and submit a revised report with complete details within two days. He emphasized the need to develop Mir Alam Bridge as a significant tourist attraction. Additionally, he provided recommendations for road expansion projects across Hyderabad.
