Anna Hazare’s Sensational Remarks on Arvind Kejriwal

Renowned social activist Anna Hazare has made strong remarks regarding the recent Delhi election results, alleging that his former disciple, Arvind Kejriwal, has led the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to ruin due to his thirst for power. Hazare criticized Kejriwal’s leadership, stating that his actions and policies have deeply dissatisfied Delhi voters, leading to AAP’s severe electoral setback.

Hazare recalled that Kejriwal had initially come to power promising a corruption-free administration but later pursued power-driven decisions that alienated voters. He pointed out that Kejriwal, who has served three consecutive terms as Delhi's Chief Minister, is now facing corruption allegations not only in Delhi but across the country. He emphasized that the liquor policy scam accusations have tarnished both Kejriwal and AAP, which he believes led to their defeat in the elections.

Anna Hazare further noted that Kejriwal, once a staunch anti-corruption activist, had quit his government job to support Hazare’s movement against corruption. However, after gaining prominence, he took control of the movement, entered politics, and secured key electoral victories, initially forming a government with Congress’s support. Hazare opined that Kejriwal’s various political decisions and his imprisonment in connection with the liquor scam have played a major role in AAP’s electoral downfall.
