Nara Lokesh Meets Prashant Kishor, Talks About Coalition Government
Lokesh mentioned that Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw inquired about railway projects in Andhra Pradesh. He also requested the prompt release of pending central funds for the state. Additionally, he met Union Steel Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy and expressed gratitude for the financial package granted to the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.
Highlighting the state's industrial plans, Lokesh stated that Andhra Pradesh aims to expand its presence in the IT, renewable energy, and green hydrogen sectors. He reaffirmed the government's commitment to creating 2 million jobs as promised.
Commenting on religious practices in Hindu temples, Lokesh said that restricting non-Hindu religious observances within temples is a standard practice. He emphasized that the state government is engaging with all necessary stakeholders for Andhra Pradesh’s development.
Lokesh also revealed that he met political strategist Prashant Kishor to gather feedback on the governance of the coalition government.
