Ayodhya Ram Mandir's Chief Priest Hospitalized After Brain Stroke

Ayodhya Ram Mandir's chief priest, Satyendra Das, has suffered a brain stroke, and his health condition is currently critical. The 85-year-old priest was admitted to a hospital in Lucknow on February 2 due to pre-existing health issues, including diabetes and high blood pressure. However, his condition worsened following the stroke.

Satyendra Das has been serving as the chief priest of the Ram Mandir since the demolition of the Babri Masjid in 1992, when a temporary temple was established at the site. He also played a significant role in the recent consecration of the Ram Mandir and the installation of the idol of Balarama.

Doctors treating Satyendra Das have stated that he is responding to medical treatment, but his condition remains serious.
