‘Sankranthiki Vasthunnam’ Creates Box Office Tsunami, Sets Industry Record

The film Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, which hit theaters on January 14 as a festive release, is witnessing an extraordinary run at the box office. Even after nearly 20 days since its release, the film’s collections remain steady, with theaters continuing to display houseful boards, especially on weekends. As a result, the movie has achieved several box office milestones.

According to the latest official announcement from the filmmakers, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam has collected ₹303 crore so far. The production team also released a poster declaring the film as an all-time industry hit in the regional film category.

Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film is produced by noted filmmakers Dil Raju and Sirish. The movie’s music, composed by Bheems, has been widely appreciated, with most songs from the album becoming chartbusters. Sankranthiki Vasthunnam stars Venkimama in the lead role, with Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female leads.
