Key Meeting at Union Home Ministry on Pending Issues of United Andhra Pradesh Bifurcation

Several issues related to the bifurcation of the erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh remain unresolved. In this context, a crucial meeting was held at the Union Home Ministry office. Senior officials from the ministry, along with the Chief Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as well as other key officials, participated in the discussions.

The officials deliberated on major pending issues between the two states. Additionally, they discussed the financial allocations that are yet to be disbursed by the central government as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act.
