Pawan Kalyan Issues Key Message to Jana Sena Party Cadre
Jana Sena Party chief and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan addressed his party cadre through an open letter, extending his heartfelt greetings to the Jana Sainiks, Veera Mahilas, and party leaders.
In his letter, Pawan Kalyan called the 2024 general election victory of the NDA alliance—comprising the Jana Sena Party, Telugu Desam Party (TDP), and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)—historic. He attributed this success to widespread public dissatisfaction with the five-year rule of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP). He accused the YSRCP government of authoritarian governance, corruption, anti-social actions, unethical conduct in legislative bodies, and failure to maintain law and order.
“By driving the state into debt and stalling development, the YSRCP has forced people to place their trust in an alliance of experienced leaders focused on the future of coming generations. This resulted in an unparalleled victory for the NDA, winning 164 out of 175 assembly constituencies with a 94% success rate. Furthermore, the Jana Sena Party achieved a 100% strike rate by winning all 21 assembly seats and two parliamentary seats it contested,” said Pawan Kalyan.
He emphasized that the NDA government considers this public mandate a significant responsibility. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, with strong support from the central government, the alliance has made remarkable progress. Over the past seven months of their administration, the state attracted investments exceeding ₹3 lakh crore, alongside visible development in rural areas, such as road construction and infrastructure improvement.
“We are working with the unwavering resolve to honor the trust placed in us by five crore people and to secure a promising future for the youth for the next 25 years. At this crucial juncture, the cadre of all three alliance parties must act responsibly. Avoid unnecessary controversies or disputes, refrain from engaging with or spreading false information on social media, and do not share personal opinions or discuss internal matters publicly,” he urged.
Pawan Kalyan clarified that he has never pursued politics for personal gains or positions and reiterated his focus on alleviating the struggles of the underprivileged and developing his home state. He appealed to all party members to uphold the alliance's unity and work wholeheartedly toward its collective goals.
He concluded by announcing plans for a comprehensive discussion on the party’s future objectives during the Jana Sena Party’s foundation day celebrations on March 14.
