Accidents Are Unpredictable: Balakrishna’s Advice to Bikers

Film actor and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna urged bikers to wear helmets as a mandatory safety measure. Speaking at an awareness program organized by Hindupur transport officials as part of National Road Safety Week, Balakrishna emphasized the importance of road safety.

"Life is irreplaceable. Everyone must wear helmets while riding bikes," said Balakrishna. He also advised car drivers to always wear seat belts.

Highlighting the growing number of road accidents, he remarked, "Many lives are lost due to road accidents. Sometimes it might not be our fault, but at times, it could be. Accidents are unpredictable, and drivers must always remain vigilant while on the road."

Balakrishna also criticized the trend of performing stunts on bikes for social media attention. "People are imitating others and performing stunts for likes. This is not acceptable. Life is precious, and everyone must recognize its value. Do not violate traffic rules while on the road. Act as responsible citizens," he advised.

During the event, Balakrishna donned a helmet and rode a bullet bike to promote helmet usage and set an example for bikers.
