Actress Madhavi Latha has filed a complaint against TDP leader and Tadipatri Municipal Chairman JC Prabhakar Reddy with the Cyberabad Police. Visiting the Cyberabad Commissionerate in Gachibowli, she expressed her grievances regarding comments made by JC Prabhakar Reddy, which she stated caused her significant emotional distress.
Speaking to the media, Madhavi Latha questioned whether making derogatory remarks about actresses and women and then apologizing is acceptable behavior. She further alleged that the remarks not only affected her but also caused fear and distress among her family members. "As a senior politician, what kind of message does JC Prabhakar Reddy want to convey to the public?" she asked.
On New Year’s Eve, December 31, JC Prabhakar Reddy organized a special program for women at JC Park in Tadipatri. The event featured various activities, attracting a large number of women from the area.
Prior to the event, Madhavi Latha posted a video on social media advising women not to attend, alleging that anti-social activities frequently occurred at JC Park. In response, JC Prabhakar Reddy made derogatory comments about her, reportedly calling her a "prostitute." Although he later issued an apology for his remarks, the incident drew widespread attention.
