Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader GVL Narasimha Rao has praised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, attributing the state’s rapid development to his persistent efforts. GVL Narasimha Rao stated that the double-engine government in Andhra Pradesh has been instrumental in propelling the state towards all-around progress.
Speaking on key developmental projects, GVL Narasimha Rao highlighted the Central Government's contributions under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He mentioned the ₹11,440 crore package allocated for the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, the operationalization of the Visakhapatnam Railway Zone, and the allocation of ₹15,000 crore for the development of Amaravati. He also noted the foundation laying of the NTPC Green Hydrogen project by Prime Minister Modi as a significant milestone. GVL Narasimha Rao further recalled that he had raised the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant issue in Parliament.
GVL Narasimha Rao claimed that Andhra Pradesh has witnessed a turnaround under the current coalition government, which secured investments worth ₹4 lakh crore in just seven months. He criticized the previous YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) government for its alleged neglect and inefficiency.
Expressing happiness over the grand celebrations of Sankranti in the state, GVL Narasimha Rao emphasized the need for vigilance against cybercrimes, warning that cybercriminals are operating like international mafia networks.
