Hyderabad to Host a 15-Floor Luxury Government Hotel on 3 Acres
The Telangana government has decided to construct a state-of-the-art star hotel in Hyderabad's Hitech City and Gachibowli area. The hotel will be built on a three-acre plot in Rayadurg, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy district, within Hyderabad Knowledge City. Designed to provide world-class luxury, the hotel will feature 15 floors equipped with ultra-modern amenities, at an estimated cost of ₹582 crores. Officials aim to position the hotel among the top 10 luxury hotels globally. To initiate the project, the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) has invited bids from eligible contractors. The government plans to complete the project within three years.

The decision is part of a broader effort by the state to transform Hyderabad into a global city, attract industries, and draw significant international investments. The hotel is envisioned as a premium facility to offer a memorable experience for visiting industrialists and investors from various countries. Furthermore, the hotel will be seamlessly connected with the already planned Time Square and T-Works buildings through underground passages and underpasses, enhancing connectivity and convenience.
