Domestic Dispute Ends in Tragedy as Wife Kills Husband in Bapatla
According to reports, Aruna, a resident of Kottapalem, married Amarendra Babu from Gokarnamatham ten years ago. However, marital discord began four years ago when Amarendra reportedly became addicted to alcohol. This led to frequent disputes between the couple, prompting Aruna to leave her husband and return to her native village of Kottapalem.
On the day of the incident, Amarendra visited Aruna at her home, which led to another heated argument. During the altercation, Amarendra allegedly assaulted Aruna. In retaliation, members of her family attacked Amarendra, causing him to fall to the ground. Seizing the opportunity, Aruna reportedly used a rope to strangle Amarendra, killing him on the spot.
