Keerthy Suresh Thanks Samantha for Her Bollywood Opportunity

South Indian star Keerthy Suresh, known for her stellar performances in regional cinema, has made her Bollywood debut with the film Baby Jaan. This movie is a Hindi remake of the Tamil blockbuster Theri. Speaking about her role in the film, Keerthy revealed that it was Samantha who played a pivotal role in her casting.

Keerthy shared that when the filmmakers decided to remake Theri in Hindi, Samantha recommended her name for the role. Expressing her gratitude, Keerthy said, "I am thrilled to play the character Samantha portrayed in the Tamil version. When Samantha suggested my name, I was initially apprehensive, but she gave me immense support throughout the process. I completed the film with the confidence she instilled in me."

The film, Baby Jaan, was released on the 25th of this month and stars Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, Jackie Shroff, and Wamiqa Gabbi in key roles.
