Bhaskar, the husband of Revathi who tragically lost her life during the stampede at Sandhya Theater, stated that he does not know what transpired inside the theater on that fateful day. However, he acknowledged receiving full support from the government and actor Allu Arjun in the aftermath of the incident. Speaking to the media today, he shared updates on his son, Sritej, who is gradually recovering at KIMS Hospital.

Bhaskar mentioned that the hospital’s doctors are continuing Sritej’s treatment and expressed hope about his son’s progress. “Sritej is responding to treatment, opening his eyes, but he hasn’t recognized us yet,” Bhaskar explained. He added that the doctors could not provide a timeline for his complete recovery. Bhaskar also revealed that Allu Arjun’s team regularly inquires about Sritej’s health updates.

Bhaskar recalled that they had decided to withdraw the case on the day Allu Arjun was arrested, reiterating that he was unaware of what exactly happened inside the theater due to the crowd separating him from his wife and son.

On Financial Support:

Bhaskar expressed gratitude for the financial assistance extended to his family. He mentioned that Mythri Movie Makers contributed ₹50 lakh, while Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy provided ₹25 lakh through Prateek Foundation. Allu Arjun personally donated ₹10 lakh. Bhaskar emphasized the positive response and support they received from the film industry and Allu Arjun during this difficult time.
