Two months ago, Rakul suffered an injury while lifting an 80 kg weight. Following medical advice, she took a break to recover. Speaking about her recovery, Rakul said, "I am only now starting to recover. When I injured my back, I thought it would heal in two weeks, but it has been eight weeks already."
Rakul shared that she is currently avoiding heavy lifting and focusing on light workouts. She also emphasized the importance of a healthy diet and a sustainable lifestyle, highlighting that losing weight is a challenging process. She advised maintaining a balanced routine, avoiding junk food, and exercising regularly.
Additionally, Rakul recommended staying hydrated and shared a personal tip for glowing skin. "Drink plenty of water. As soon as you wake up in the morning, have lukewarm water or turmeric-infused lukewarm water for radiant skin," she said.
