Telangana Techie Secures ₹2 Crore Amazon Package

Arbaj Khureshi, a young man from Telangana, has secured a prestigious job at global e-commerce giant Amazon with an impressive annual salary package of ₹2 crore. Hailing from Thunkimetta village in Bomraspet Mandal of Vikarabad district, he has been appointed as an Applied Scientist at Amazon and is set to begin his duties today.

Khureshi completed his B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Patna in 2019. During his third year, he interned for three months under renowned machine learning expert Gaël Dias in France. After graduation, he worked for two years at Microsoft Research in Bengaluru. He then pursued an MS in AI and Machine Learning from the University of Massachusetts, USA, completing it last year.

His father, Yasin Khureshi, currently serving as an Excise Joint Commissioner, expressed immense joy over his son’s remarkable achievement.
