Gajwel Tragedy: Two Policemen Killed in Road Accident

In a tragic incident early Sunday morning in Gajwel, two policemen lost their lives in a fatal road accident. The mishap occurred on the Jaaligama bypass road when an unidentified vehicle collided with a motorcycle at high speed. Both policemen died on the spot.

Local police rushed to the scene after receiving information from residents. The deceased were identified as Parandhamulu, serving at Rayapol Police Station, and Venkateshwarlu, posted at Daulatabad Police Station.

Reports suggest the two policemen were heading to participate in a marathon event at ECIL when the accident occurred. Expressing deep sorrow, BRS leader and former minister Harish Rao extended his condolences to the bereaved families. He assured that the BRS party would support the families of the deceased officers during this difficult time.
