Jagan to Naidu: Don't indulge in real estate business
Rajahmundry, March 6, 2015: YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy castigated the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu saying it is not correct for him to indulge in real estate business.
"There is government land to the extent of 2000 to 3000 acres at Mangalagiri. You can build Capital city on that land if you want. But you can't take the farmers' lands that are yielding two to three crops every year," he told Chandrababu Naidu while speaking to reporters here today.
Government can build a capital city befitting the stature of that of America or Japan if not Singapore on its own land, he said, adding that no one would appreciate if the farmers' lands are forcibly taken.
Jagan Mohan Reddy was in Rajahmundry to attend a marriage.
