TS advocates plan to lay siege to AP Secretariat

Hyderabad, March 4, 2015: Following a call given by the Telangana lawyers joint action committee to its members to lay seize to the AP Secretariat, heavy barricades were arranged at the Secretariat to prevent the agitating Telangana advocates from barging into the premises. The lawyers were demanding division of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad and constitution of a separate High Court for Telangana immediately. The TS lawyers JAC has earlier alleged that AP Government is delaying the division of the High Court. Police personnel were deployed in large numbers in and around AP Secretariat.
