Pragati Printers founder Hanumantha Rao passes away

Hyderabad, March 2, 2015: Veteran freedom fighter and founder of world famous printing press Pragati Printers, Paruchuri Hanumantha Rao has passed away here this evening. Hanumantha Rao, who worked in the communist movement in his initial days, launched his Pragati Printers with a small capital of Rs. 6000 in 1962. He worked hard and turned his printing organisation into an international standard one. Pragati Printers is now internationally famous and also listed among the world's best printing presses. His printing organisation has won several best printer awards at international level for several years.
