Jagan begins 5-day Rythu Bharosa Yatra in Ananta district
Anantapuram, Feb 22, 2015: YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has begun his 5-day Rythu Bharosa Yatra in Anantapuram district on Sunday.
The Yatra is aimed at instilling confidence among the farming community in the district which is witnessing a series of farmers'suicides recently.
Thousands of party activists and farmers have welcomed him when Jagan Mohan Reddy had arrived at Kodikonda Check post in Chilamathur Mandalam from Bengaluru on road.
Jagan Mohan Reddy immediately left for Mamidimakulapally in Lepakshi Mandalam to meet the family members of farmer Kuruba Siddapa who committed suicide recently.
He will then leave for Hindupuram where he will address a public meeting in the evening. The opposition leader will have a night halt at Chennakesavapuram from where he will resume his Yatra tomorrow.
