AP Government to Announce TET Notification Tomorrow

The Andhra Pradesh (AP) government will release the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) notification tomorrow (June 1). TET applications will be accepted from July 2. The state education department revealed this in an announcement today. Complete details related to TET are available on the web portal https://cse.ap.gov.in/.


It is known that TET marks will carry a 20% weightage in the District Selection Committee (DSC) exams.

Suresh Kumar, the Commissioner of the School Education Department, stated that a special help desk has been set up at the commissioner's office for additional information.
The YSRCP government conducted the TET in February, with 58.56% of candidates passing. At that time, 2.35 lakh candidates appeared for the TET. The newly established coalition government in AP recently announced a mega DSC with 16,347 posts. Today, a Government Order (G.O.) was issued canceling the notification for 6,100 posts released by the previous YSRCP government.
