NCP leader RR Patil dies of oral cancer

Mumbai, Feb 16, 2015: Former Maharashtra Home Minister and senior NCP leader RR Patil is dead. Patil, 57, has passed away a short while ago while undergoing treatment at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai for oral cancer for the past few days. A senior doctor who attended on Patil said that specialists have tried their best to save his life but could not succeed.
