Shyamal Rao Assumes Duties as New TTD EO
In the context of the new government in Andhra Pradesh, several high-ranking officials are being transferred. The coalition government has sidelined Dharmareddy, who served as the TTD EO during the previous administration, leading him to go on leave. Consequently, IAS officer J. Shyamal Rao has been appointed as the new TTD EO. Shyamal Rao assumed his duties as the TTD EO today.
As per tradition, he first visited the Varahaswami temple. Following that, he had darshan of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala. Shyamal Rao, who arrived with his wife, was welcomed by TTD officials. Former EO Dharmareddy handed over the responsibilities to Shyamal Rao.
On this occasion, Shyamal Rao expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for entrusting him with the esteemed position of EO at the sacred Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. He stated that he feels fortunate to have been given this opportunity.
Shyamal Rao emphasized his commitment to ensuring that devotees visiting Tirumala can have a smooth darshan without any issues and return home satisfactorily. He assured that he would perform his duties as EO responsibly and transparently.
