With lip-lock debut, will Akhil snatch 'romantic hero' tag from dad?

Hyderabad, Feb 14: Akkineni Nageswara Rao, who was fondly adressed as ANR, was known as the first romantic hero in the Telugu film industry. Later, ANR's son Akkineni Nagarjuna, fondly addressed as Nag, was rightly called ‘Manmadhudu’ by Telugu film folks. It now looks like, Nag and Amala's son Akhil Akkineni is raring to follow in the footsteps of his grand dad and dad and snatch away the 'romantic hero' tag away from them. VV Vinayak is directing Akhil’s debut film, which has Saira Banu’s grand niece Sayesha Saigal as his leading lady. In the yet-to-be-titled movie, Akhil is rumoured to be sharing a steamy lip-lock with Sayesha. Vinayak is believed to have selected a a romantic and action entertainer that's packed with comedy and entertainment. Shooting for the film began on February 14, 2015.
