Digvijay Singh wants Cong to fight for implementing AP Reorganisation Act

Vijayawada, Feb 14: Senior Congress leader and AP addairs in-charge Digvijay Singh on Friday said his party has to fight for the full implementation of AP Reorganisation Act with both Centre and the state government. He was in Vijayawada to address the Congress leaders and workers at the two-day state-level 'introspective' meeting. As part of his address, Digvijay Singh alleged that the NDA government at the Centre is not taking steps to implement promises made to the newly formed state. In this connection, he said the Pradesh Congress committee (PCC) is organising a signature campaign across the state for the implementation of the Act.
