Goyal to pay attention to division of PSUs, Societies

New Delhi, Feb 13, 2015: The Union Home Secretary L.C.Goyal is now expected to speed up the long-pending division of PSUs , Corporations and Societies between AP and Telangana. AP Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao called on the new Home Secretary here on Thursday and asked him to speed up the division of RTC and other organisations between the two states. Goyal promised that he would attend to the bifurcation issues on a priority basis and resolve all pending issues very soon. The staff and properties of 87 Corporations including RTC and 107 Societies are to be divided between AP and Telangana under the provisions of the AP Reorganisation Act.
