Navneet Kaur Rana, the BJP MP from Amravati and a prominent campaigner, is facing a new case in Telangana. The complaint was lodged by Rakesh, the in-charge of the Flying Squad team from the Yakutpura Assembly segment in Hyderabad, following critical remarks she made about the Owaisi brothers during her election campaign three days ago. The latest criminal case was registered at the Saidabad police station.

On May 8, during a meeting at Lakshmi Gardens, she reportedly made provocative comments, reminding the audience of the inflammatory remarks made by Majlis leader Akbaruddin Owaisi in 2012. She warned, "They may need 15 minutes if the police withdraw, but we need only 15 seconds. They won't know where they will end up if we decide to act." Following these remarks, a case has already been registered at the Shadnagar police station, and now another has been added at the Saidabad PS.
