New IAS and IPS appointments in Andhra Pradesh by Election Commission ahead of elections

Amaravati: The collectors of Tirupati, Lakshmisha; Anantapur, Gautami; and Krishna district, Rajababu, have been transferred by the EC. Similarly, the SPs of Palnadu, Ravishankar Reddy; Anantapur, Anburajan; Chittoor, Jashua; Prakasam district, Parameshwar Reddy; Nellore, Thirumaleshwar Reddy; and the IG of Guntur range, Palaraju, have also been transferred. These transfers have become a topic of discussion as they were made a few weeks before the elections.
In this context, the EC has appointed new officers in the transferred positions. Praveen Kumar has been appointed as the Collector of Tirupati, Vinod Kumar as the Collector of Anantapur, and DK Balaji as the Collector of Krishna district. Sarveshreshth Tripathi has been appointed as the IG of Guntur range.
Furthermore, Arif Hafeez has been appointed as the SP of Nellore, Sumit Sunil as the SP of Prakasam, Amit Bardar as the SP of Anantapur, Bindu Madhav as the SP of Palnadu, and Manikantha Chandolu as the SP of Chittoor.
