Jana Sena leader Pothina Venkata Mahesh has made a bold plea for the Vijayawada West ticket, organizing rallies and meetings to press his claim. However, there has been no official assurance from Jana Sena to Pothina Mahesh as of yet.
Recently, Mahesh has expressed his frustration again, stating his intention to serve the people on behalf of Jana Sena. He clarified that his request is not out of greed and emphasized that unlike some leaders, he did not emerge overnight. He has grown up here, fought battles here, and has been holding the Jana Sena flag high with the desire to contest in the upcoming elections from this constituency.
Mahesh asserted that his request is based on justice and righteousness. He has communicated his wishes and the struggles faced by his team to Jana Sena's president, Pawan Kalyan. He expressed full confidence that Kalyan would do justice regarding the Vijayawada West seat.
