ED raids residences of MLC Kavitha's family in Delhi liquor scam case

Hyderabad: In connection with the Delhi liquor scam, Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials initiated raids this morning at the homes of BRS leader and MLC Kavitha's husband and relatives.
These are the first searches conducted after Kavitha's arrest, causing significant unrest. ED officials arrived at DSR Homes in Madhapur at 6:40 AM and began searches at the residence of Kavitha's sister, Akhila, located on the third floor of Block A.
The ongoing raids following Kavitha's arrest have garnered attention, indicating that these actions are based on information provided by Kavitha, who is currently in ED custody. With Kavitha's custody period set to end soon, there might be a request to extend it for another week.
