Hyderabad: Officials from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) have lodged a complaint against BRS MLA and former minister KTR at the Banjara Hills police station. They accused him of causing obstruction to their duties during the arrest of Kavitha. ED official Priya Meena filed the complaint with the Banjara Hills police in this regard.
It is known that KTR raised several questions to the ED officials at the time of Kavitha's arrest. He questioned how they could arrest Kavitha while her petition was still pending in the Supreme Court. He inquired why they were proceeding with the arrest when they had previously informed the Supreme Court that they would not arrest her.
