New Delhi, Feb 7: Former Himachal Pradesh governor and former central minister Sheila Kaul marked her 101st birthday Saturday. Her family is not celebrating the landmark but held a thanksgiving Kashmiri ‘havan’ at her Ghaziabad residence. A five-time member of the Lok Sabha, the Grand Old Lady is arguably the oldest former MP alive in the country.
