Amaravati: It's already known that an alliance has been formed between the BJP, TDP, and Jana Sena parties in Andhra Pradesh (AP). For the first time, AP BJP Chief Purandeswari has responded to this development. She described the formation of an alliance between the BJP, TDP, and Jana Sena as a positive and joyful outcome.

She explained that alliances in AP are formed for the purpose of punishing the wicked and protecting the virtuous. She drew a parallel with the past, stating that just as Lord Rama needed the help of Hanuman, Jambavantha, Vibheeshana, and even a squirrel to protect the virtuous and punish the wicked, the current situation in the state necessitates a similar approach.

Purandeswari disclosed that the BJP's national leadership has made a decision regarding the alliances and clarity on seat sharing would emerge in a day or two. She spoke at the inauguration event of BJP's campaign vehicles in Vijayawada.

"We have informed our leadership in Delhi about the situation in AP and then our party president JP Nadda and senior leader Amit Shah held discussions with the top leaders of the TDP and Jana Sena. The good news is... the alliance we are discussing has been finalized. The details of how many seats and who gets which seat will be finalized today or tomorrow. We will inform the media about the distribution of seats by tomorrow evening or the day after. Our workers have the capability to understand the essence of these alliances. As disciplined activists, we will adhere to any decision taken by the party leadership for the benefit of the state," explained Purandeswari.
