CM Revanth Reddy to Inaugurate Falaknuma to MGBS Metro Works

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is set to inaugurate the second phase of the metro rail works on March 8. This phase includes the route from Falaknuma through Shalibanda, Charminar, and Salarjung Museum to MGBS. 


Currently, Hyderabad has metro rail services on three routes: Miyapur-LB Nagar, Raidurg-Nagole, and Jubilee Bus Station-Mahatma Gandhi Central Bus Station.

On March 8, CM Revanth Reddy will lay the foundation stone for the Old City metro rail project near Falaknuma. This route will feature five stations. The construction, covering a total of 5.5 kilometers, is expected to cost around Rs. 2000 crores.
