Amaravati: Gorantla Buchaiah Chowdary, a senior MLA from the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), has made serious allegations that Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy played a role in the murder case of former Andhra Pradesh Minister Vivekananda Reddy. He accused CM Jagan of being involved in the conspiracy behind Vivekananda Reddy's murder and is obstructing the investigation process.

Speaking to the media on Saturday, Gorantla Buchaiah Chowdary questioned how a person who cannot do justice to his own uncle would serve the people. He accused Jagan of hindering the investigation into his uncle's murder case.

Gorantla Buchaiah Chowdary expressed his grief over how the ruling YSRCP leaders and activists, with the power in their hands, are engaging in corruption without any bounds. He severely criticized the illegal capture and sale of government lands to private individuals. He condemned the misuse of the volunteer system and the political campaigning done through the administrative machinery.

Focusing on the Rajamahendravaram region, he highlighted the illegal sand mining operations, alleging that the sand mafia, under the YSRCP's watch, is making and hiding two crore rupees daily. He warned that the greed of YSRCP leaders poses a threat to the Rajamahendravaram barrage.
