BRS Working President KTR criticized Congress on Friday, stating that this is not the first time the Congress party has attempted to steal credit, nor will it be the last. Speaking at a gathering in Indravelli, Adilabad district, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy announced that they have provided jobs to 7,000 staff nurses and will appoint 15,000 constables within the next 15 days. In response, KTR accused Congress of trying to claim credit for these two initiatives, stating that the recruitment of over 15,000 constables and nearly 7,000 staff nurses was completed by the KCR government. He expressed this through a tweet from his official account.

KTR emphasized that the Congress party's habit of credit theft is not new and highlighted that the KCR government had completed the recruitment of 6,956 staff nurses and 15,750 police constables. He regretted that due to the election code, they were unable to announce the results earlier. KTR criticized the Congress government for misleading the public by claiming these achievements as their own, calling it shameful for the new Chief Minister to spread falsehoods.

He also referenced a Times of India report from October 5, 2023, to substantiate that the recruitment of 15,750 constables took place during KCR's tenure. Furthermore, he attached a Government Order (GO) from August 7, 2023, regarding the recruitment of nurses, to support his statement.
