Michigan Varsity invites Harish Rao to address its students

Harish Rao to speak on Mission Kakatiya

Hyderabad, Jan 30, 2015: Michigan University of USA has invited Telangana Minister for Irrigation Harish Rao to visit the institution and address its students on the Telangana Government's 'Mission Kakatiya' intended for restoration of lakes in the state. Harish Rao received an invitation to this effect from the School of Natural Resources and Environment of the Michigan University. A student delegation of the University visited Telangana and toured several districts last August for research on restoration of lakes and the Government's Kakatiya Mission. The University has accepted the delegation's preliminary report on the issue and allotted $ 50,000 for further research on the subject by its students. The University has sent the invitation to Harish Rao after accepting the report submitted by its students on the subject.
