CRDA cracks whip on owners of illegal lay-outs

Vijayawada, Jan 30, 2015:Cracking the whip against unauthorised lay-outs in its jurisdiction , the AP Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has registered cases against all those who developed them and is getting ready to arrest the realtors. Before registering cases, CRDA teams have fanned out across the villages falling in the Capital area in the last three days and identified the lay-outs and the persons who developed them. CRDA believes that illegal lay-outs in the Capital region were responsible for the downward trend in the real estate prices and has therefore decided to take action against them, reports said. "We have identified the realtors who have developed the illegal lay-outs. They will soon be arrested," an official of the CRDA told reporters.
