CM Revanth Reddy Resigns from Lok Sabha Membership

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has resigned from his Lok Sabha membership. He met with Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, during which he submitted his resignation from the MP position. Revanth Reddy, along with Manikkam Thakur, the former in-charge of Telangana affairs, presented the resignation letter to the Speaker. After submitting his resignation, Revanth Reddy is returning to Hyderabad. 

He was elected as an MP from Malkajgiri in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. It is known that Revanth Reddy took oath as the Chief Minister yesterday at the LB Stadium. Revanth Reddy went to Delhi in the afternoon to discuss the allocation of ministries in the new cabinet and the selection of six other cabinet members.
