Popular Tollywood comedian M.S.Narayana is dead
Hyderabad, Jan 23, 2015: We regret to inform that veteran Tollywood actor and acclaimed comedian M.S.Narayana, 63, has passed away a short while ago at KIMS hospital here.
M.S.Narayana, who hailed from Nidamarru in West Godavari district, was admitted to KIMS at Madapur in Hyderabad three days ago. Earlier, he was treated for food poisoning in a Vijayawada hospital. He was later admitted to KIMS.
The celebrated actor is survived by his wife Kalaprapurna, son Vikram and daughter Sasikiran.
M.S.Narayana, whose full name is Mylavarapu Suryanarayana, had acted in more than 700 movies and enthralled the cine goers for nearly two decades.
He had won five Nandi Awards for various roles in movies.M.S. Narayana earned a good name in Tollywood as a writer too.
M.S.Narayana, who excels in comic roles with ease, innovation and timely delivery of dialogues, first entered the Tollywood as a writer but climbed the ladder as a comedian and acted along several top heroes of the Tollywood.
M.S.Narayana, who was born on April 16, 1951, worked as a lecturer at Bhimavaram before starting his Tollywood career with 'Lingababu Love Story.'
'Patas' in which M.S. Narayana acted along with hero Kalyan Ram, is released world wide today. 'Rei' and 'Sankar' in which he acted are yet to be released.
