Guntur Collector cautions people over illegal lay-outs in CR

Guntur, Jan 18, 2015: Guntur district Collector Sridhar has on Sunday cautioned people not to fall prey to the illegal lay-outs that may come up in the Capital Region (CR). "There is no permission of whatsoever for any type of lay outs in the capital region area," he said in a statement and asked people not to go for such layouts. He said that realtors and brokers are trying to cheat people in the name of permitted layouts and warned them not to indulge in such acts. "Govt will deal with such illegal layouts sternly. Those forming such illegal layouts will have to shell down 20 per cent of the land value as fine and also face an imprisonment up to three years," he warned the realtors.
