Jayalalithaa says 'life lived overcoming miseries is special'

Chennai, Jan 16: Despite facing legal battles, All India Anna DMK (AIADMK) general secretary and former chief minister Jayalalithaa said in a message to her party workers on Friday that "a life lived overcoming challenges and miseries was special". Jayalalithaa sent out the message to the party cadre ahead of MG Ramachandran’s 98th birth anniversary on January 17. AIADMK leader also said, “There cannot be a life without challenges and miseries. But it will be special (only) when one faces them with grit and overcomes them. The life of MGR teaches us this lesson.”
