Former Minister Narayana bail cancelled

Chittoor, October 31: The bail granted to former AP Minister P Narayana, regarding the tenth class question papers leakage case, was cancelled. Chittoor ninth additional court gave the judgement cancelling the bail and directed the former Minister to surrender before the police before November 30.
 
The Chittoor court took to a hearing over a petition filed, quoting that it was not right to give bail to Narayana and to cancel the bail. 
 
SSC question paper was leaked through WhatsApp from ZP High School in Nellepalli of Gangadhara Nellore Mandal, Chittoor district on April 27 this year. Chittoor police arrested former minister Narayana for his alleged involvement in the question paper leak and produced him in Chittoor court.  
 
Advocates on behalf of Narayana informed the court that the latter had resigned to his post as Narayana Educational Institutions chairman in 2014. They submitted evidence in this regard. Following this, the court had granted bail then.
