MLAs poaching row: Kishan Reddy calls it fabricated
Hyderabad, October 27: Afraid of losing Munugode bypoll, the TRS is enacting a new drama, alleged Central Minister Kishan Reddy. Speaking at a press meet on Thursday, he denied the allegations that BJP tried to ‘purchase TRS MLAs’ by giving Rs 100 crores.
Kishan Redd questioned as to why the police are not revealing the details of total amount they recovered and from where they brought the money. He wondered whether the recovered money came from MLAs or KCR’s farmhouse?
The Central Minister criticized that the TRS had given Minister posts to the MLAs, who joined them, to stop them from resigning. He questioned, on what basis TRS had joined 12 Congress MLAs into the party?
The BJP leader said that KCR is panic about losing CM post, hence doing all dramas. ‘Didn’t Minister KT Rama Rao asked Munugode leaders to join TRS over phone?’ The ruling party leaders did same in Dubbaka polls also, he pointed out.
Kishan Reddy said that there will be no big benefit for us if four MLAs join the party. He challenged KCR to conduct a probe with CBI into the ‘MLAs poaching row’. He further clarified that anyone can join the saffron party without mediators.
