TRS ministers hold rasta roko on Vijayawada NH, traffic hit

Hyderabad, October 27: TRS Ministers and leaders staged a surprise protest on Vijayawada highway in Choutuppal on Wednesday night, protesting against the alleged attempt by the BJP to buy TRS MLAs. Ministers Gangula Kamalakar, Srinivas Goud and Indrakaran Reddy and senior leaders sit on the highway and raised slogans against the BJP. Due to this, vehicular traffic on the national highway came to a standstill for about one kilometer.
 
The protesting leaders alleged that the BJP was trying to dethrone the TRS government in the State by luring its MLAs with huge amounts of cash and posts. 
 
Similar protests were held at Banjara Hills in Hyderabad and in other districts also.
